From what I understand, cholestrol is only found in animal products, and therefore a vegan diet would illiminate all cholestrol intake. Does your body produce the right amount of cholestrol on its own, so the intake of cholestrol is unnessesary? Any info you can give me on this is appreciated!

Your body produces cholesterol on its own which is why even vegetarians with a family history of high cholesterol can have elevated levels.

i do no longer comprehend one single veg*n who will remember on protein shakes. except you're uneducated or ignorant, you may comprehend that protein is particularly accessible on a veg*n nutrition plan and that maximum meat-eaters get 2-4x the protein they want, often to the detriment of their well being. Our ancestors did various issues we no longer do. basically because of the fact there's a precedent, it does not make it organic or acceptable. Our hunter-gatherer ancestors did no longer have get right of entry to to the bounty that we've. I easily have the potential to thrive on (and luxuriate in) a plant-based nutrition plan. when you consider that i will, i p.c. to. the way we enhance animals for nutrition in the present day bears no resemblance in besides on the one which you love meat-ingesting ancestors. Do you easily think of that pumping cattle crammed with hormones, steroids and antibiotics and feeding them grain and poultry feces is organic?!? final time I checked, mom nature did no longer have bovine develop hormone timber and that's as a result no longer organic. consume what you prefer. i do no longer care. yet leave those persons who've made a healthful, compassionate and environmentally unsleeping determination on my own.

Your body makes its own cholestorol. You should be more concerned with getting enough complete protein from a vegan diet.
