let's do the math
20 pounds in 60 days
that's one-third pound a day
that's 1133 calories a day you either have to burn off and/or cut out of your diet
piece of cake (don't eat it though)

DO NOT DO THE ATKINS DIET! That doesn't even make sense. Yes you will lose the weight but you will also clog you heart to death. The BEST way to do it is eat low fat. Allow your self 30-35 grams of fat a day and take at least a good 30 min. walk everyday and the weight will melt off. I started doing this in May and by July I had lost 22 lbs. Anything that you like to eat fried, cook it in PAM spray. Buy extra lean ground beef (if you eat ground beef) As far as mayo goes eat low fat it doesn't have to be fat free. Same goes for sour cream. When you go out you can always eat Subway their low fat stuff that is. Wendy's chili is low fat, Captain D's has the broiled shrimp platter that is wonderful. IHOP has a special menu that is great. You don't have to give up all the fat, just lower the grams you eat a day. Good luck and just make sure you do it safely. I'm sorry but I just don't believe in that Atkin's junk. There is no way that can be safe.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

After reading some books on diet, you cannot naturally lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I think the only ways to do it is through drugs or surgery. If you want a safe and natural diet, you can easily shave 1 lbs/week by controlling your daily calories intake.
Remember, you cannot under eat yourself because your body will go into starvation mode, which will burn your calories slower rate.

Seriously, Do the induction diet of Dr. Atkins for two months... You will seriously lose 20 pounds. It is hard the first 2 weeks but then it gets so easy!!!!!!
You can eat as many eggs and bacon and meat as you want the first two weeks. Limited vegetables. You hae to do some planning but it works. Trust me. It does if you follow it.
Dr Atkins isnt good for the long haul but for a short period it is fantastic!

Easy - have done it. Go and sign up for a local Weight Watchers. Get all the materials you need to count points - and then you don't need to go back. Reduce your point intake by about 5 points per day...and I guarantee you will lose the weight.

My husband lost 42 lbs in 2 months. I totally changed his diet though and that was with no exercise. Splenda instead of regular sugar. Skim milk instead of whole. 35 whole grain calorie bread, 100 calorie packs to help with the craving of sweets and no cheating cut out salt frozen or fresh vegetables instead of can fresh fruit or can fruit that is low in sugar. diet soda always and plenty of water and plenty of will power.

Try cutting out sodas, products w/ high fructose corn syrup, & white flour. If you can't entirely cut them, then drastically reduce your intake of them. And cut portion sizes! I have been doing this and losing.
