I suspect a boil. Research WebMD. If condition worsens or if you develop a low grade fever, consult a dermatologist.

The red bubble may mean infection. If it's tender it may come to a head. If it get's white in the middle; it's probably puss. You may need to see a doctor.

Without a picture and a history it could be anything.
With mysterious lumps, it's always a good idea to visit the doctor and either have the lump tested or removed.

my fiance has one tooon his left arm wow im freaked out he has had it forever his is under the skin and you both need them taken off
