Do not, I repeat, Do not have a friend ask him!!! You have to ask him yourself. Go up to him and ask him if he will be your date to prom. Simple as that. I know, it's hard, but I'm doing pretty much the same thing today. Wish me Luck! As I wish you luck!!

If he doesn't have a date to the prom, then tell him that you want him to be your date to the prom. If he feels the same way about you then he will probably ask you. So get up some courage and ask him if he would want to go to the prom with you. I don't know why women are so scared to ask the guy sometimes.
