so that the size of the document reduces from 20Mb down to something the printer or email can handle? My document has 14 photos fitting on one A4 sheet. I can't print it as it's too much for the printer to handle. I can't email it because it exceeds the attachment limit. Is there an easy way of maybe compressing the photos? They are .jpg

download "infranview" its free, and resize/resample your pics, resave and your good..

You can email them. Just use winrar to compress them, and while compressing split files into parts, say 10mb each. Since most email services allow u to send upto 10mb, you can send them in two messages. And, when received this parts should be in the same folder, so that they could be extracted.

By the way, if you resize your photos, they will lose their quality, so i wouldn't advise to do so.

In my opinion, the simplest way is to divide your word file into two with 7 photos each. And email them.

Click on the picture and press CTRL X (cut)

Then, go up to the menu bar and select Edit / Paste Special...

Pick Picture Windows metafile.
