Well, she is 28, I am 22, work at same place, & know each other for 6 months but mostly as colleagues.. I really really like her.... now want to tell her that.... problem is for that I need to ask her out for lunch etc.... what fi when I ask she says " Why? Whats the matter ? if there is anything tell it now ", then I will be totally stumped... Believe me ... she might ask this... coz it will be unusual for her & then me saying just for hanging out .. could be really weird...
Please tell me... how should I ask her out so that I can tell her that I like her.. ! :(

Get over it ! You should never mix work with pleasure! They say this for a reason.
What happens when you make a move and ask her out and she declines - you will be the office joker, when she then tells all her other work colleagues!
Want to have to search for a new job? go on then, ask her out and be rejected, and be the talk of the office!
Want to keep your job and enjoy working there? get over it, or get out a little more! lol.

It won't. Just tell her you really like her, and then ask if you just want to hang out. If she asks why, tell her you want to spend some time to know your co-workers better.
You seem so shy. Be more open, and think more of the GOOD things can come out of it, rather than what could go wrong.

First of all you're asking for trouble getting involved with a coworker. When things don't work out which one of you is going to quit your job just so you don't have to face the other person.
So the answer to your question is you don't, ask her out. You find someone that you don't work with and make a date with them.

Just go up to her and say "Hey, want to get some food after work" or some such.
personally though, no matter how much I like someone, I'd never date a coworker.
