Dear, plurals do not require an apostrophe. Let me also remind you that not everyone has the last name is Negron, so be sure to use the appropriate surname if giving a card or gift to anyone other than the Negrons.

Actually, although everyone is correct that it should not be possive, are the Negrons a couple or a family? If it is a couple that you are cordial with you might what to include the husband and wife's first name as well. "To Tom & Mary Negron." If it is a family then you want to put "To the Negron Family."

I'm assuming "Negron" is the family name of the intended receivers.
"Negrons" is correct, because the "s" makes it a plural.
In "Negron's", the apostrophe before the "s" signifies ownership by a single Negron (eg "Peter Negron's suit was black").
In "Negrons' ", the apostrophe after the "s" means ownership by a group (eg "The Negrons' house was huge")

Negrons. Frankly, I like to write: To the _______ family. In this case, To the Negron family. But that's just me.

Negrons because it's plural. The apostrophe would make it a possessive.

Because the apostrophe indicates possession, you would write Negrons....as in plural.

you don't have to add an s to the last name. if their last name is negrons then "to the negrons family" if their last name is negron then it would be "to the negron family".
