Let me take a different approach to your answer. Let me ask you, "does two (2) wrongs make a right?" That is what you are implying in the second part of your question. If someone else does it, then its OK that I do it.
However the answer to your first question is Yes - Jesus! He had to be perfect. He came to show us "how" we were to act, talk, respond, behave, etc...He is LOVE! Be advised though that He came to show us how, because if we do not then there IS and alternative situation called "JUDGMENT" and he came to save you from that!
Once you accept Christ into your heart you will want to become more Christ LIKE!
Open your Bible and begin to read. I would recommend the book of John. I would also recommend going to church..."For FAITH comes by HEARING the Word of God."
If you get nothing else out of this, remember this: Christ LOVES you SO MUCH that if you would have been the only person on the face of the earth, he would still have came, he would have still opened His arms and He would have still laid down His Life for you.
He is waiting for you to answer His call. But remember that TODAY is your day of salvation...no one is promised tomorrow.

Jesus Christ is is the perfect one and never sinned, but the Bible speaks of people that did not disobey what they knew was right; Romans 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
Also there was another person that never sinned in the Bible; Hebrews 7:1 For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him;
Hebrews 7:2 To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace;3Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.
God said Job was perfect so I imagine it would be hard to say he wasn't OK too; Job 1:8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
Job 2:3 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
But the attituide of questioning authority was how sin stated in the first place, so you must look at the author of this rather than the perfect one to guide you. Your own conscious will agree when you hear the truth. If you resist or harden your heart you follow the ways of the Evil one. But I always remember the meaning of the word Devil to help me, I am my worst enemy because of what I know. The word Devil means Accuser, and I can beat myself better than any one else. If you know the truth, you will not be bound by lies. Because the truth sets you free; John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
There is no people that know you better than God, the Devil, and you, so be nice to yourself and take critizm with grain of salt and do not be bitter

Jesus the Christ!
All humanity is now involved in a great controversy between Christ and Satan regarding the character of God, His law, and His sovereignty over the universe. This conflict originated in heaven when a created being, endowed with freedom of choice, in self-exaltation became Satan, God's adversary, and led into rebellion a portion of the angels. He introduced the spirit of rebellion into this world when he led Adam and Eve into sin. This human sin resulted in the distortion of the image of God in humanity, the disordering of the created world, and its eventual devastation at the time of the worldwide flood. Observed by the whole creation, this world became the arena of the universal conflict, out of which the God of love will ultimately be vindicated. To assist His people in this controversy, Christ sends the Holy Spirit and the loyal angels to guide, protect, and sustain them in the way of salvation. (Rev. 12:4-9; Isa. 14:12-14; Eze. 28:12-18; Gen. 3; Rom. 1:19-32; 5:12-21; 8:19-22; Gen. 6-8; 2 Peter 3:6; 1 Cor. 4:9; Heb. 1:14.)

My Children,
They are still innocent,
But I think you should kinda look at things like this,
Ok you are a sinner, and they are sinners,
What is the next step, what do you want out of this life?
How do you get this?
Why Do you sin?
Do you know you are sinning when you do it? YES
Well then its a choice, - no one can tell you what to do and they are not better than you, I mean no sin is less worse than another,
If you know its wrong, try not to do it, and remember what you do here, and what you learn here, carries over into the next life,
As a Bahai we believe our job here on earth is to prepare for the next life.
We love you no matter what, but we are ALL accountable before God.

Just as you said I do not have the write to criticise you but ....um that's kinda not a question becuase we all know the answer. Are you a christian? If you are and are trying to make a point I suggest next time don't swear it just make you sound like somebody having a bad day.If this was just a spontanious moment where you wanted to tell people this it's ok to tell them this but if you beleive what you said you would have to be a chrisian or of some religion, and if you were you just commeted a sin.Swearing ,no one should swear it may seem cool but believe me it sucks, and it sounds stupid.

No one is perfect and Jesus is the only person that ever walked this Earth and didn't sin. Yes we are all guilty, but I wouldn't do bad things just because. I have also come to learn there always comes the day when everything you do comes back, goood or bad.

The bible says taht all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God....so there's your answer right there from God himself. I wish people would stop using excuses to continue the mess they doing. Jesus didn't die on the cross for His health. He dided so that when you and I sin, which we will. Our sins can be atoned for and God can look at us as the beings He created. It's a dangerous thing to disobey God, cause you'll have to see Him and when the judgement day comes, you'll have to give an account of what you've done. So love yourself and one another and get to know God on a persoanl level. AL you have to do is open your mouth and ask Him to show Himself to you I bet He will. Matter of fact I know He will

The Manifestations of the One True God are sinlessness.
Therefore, we need to read the Holy Books to recognize Their station and to accept Their supreme authority. Without the acceptance this divine truth, we will never have peace on earth.
And fortunately, more and more people are advancing on this direction.
