Ha! It's funny you want it your way. No stories passed down no bible quotes? Huh? Let see here......... Alright this here is the truth ready? One day a well academic Afro American Boy went to his Job a corner store he is the Cashier.
Today was like no other, he found himself face to face with a gun. You see a few thugs decided to rob the stores. Only thing they were not really gangsters.
They were stupid kids with a nervous twitch which cause the gun to go off and half of the Cashier head was blown off. Brain fragments everywhere. This is his survival story. Half his head is gone a huge crater like size gap. He walks normal talk normal he still thinks.
I only hope you would put your doubts and arrogance aside and try to understand. When you think for a moment you know everything the world holds. You then take a spaceship to outer space and realize there is a whole universe of knowledge to take in. God Bless. Love. Amen.

Archaeology confirms a lot of places and events in the Bible. Science confirms several statements e.g. the earth is a sphere and hangs on nothing...The main one though for me is the atheist mathematician proving the Bible must have been written by something other than Man. His name is Ivan Panin and he quietly got awarded a Nobel prize for this discovery in 1975 which was a little embarrassing for the Russian government who commissioned the exercise. I looked into it years ago and found it fascinating. Now I know because I sense His presence near me but I did start out a sceptic looking for proof and it's the best way.

my faith, my views, the feelings I have. My life in general. The sky, the stars, the trees and grass. The moral compass that is inside all of us.
I look at my kids,....and I just know.
I feel sorry that you yourself do not have any of this. What is it like to feel no real hope? to feel that ":this is it,..this is as good it will ever get"? Do you look at the sky and think " just a random collection of atoms"? Do you look at a loved one and think " flesh and bone, and nothing more"?
You think me an idiot for my beliefs,....but I have peace. Peace , love, and contentment beats science.
oh,...you say you have those things?? Really? Then why are you intent of disproving His existance? Why do you fear the "invisible man"??

Look around, the world was desinged. To desing something you need a designer. God is that desinger. It is possible that a big bang could have happened, but factor in the chances and you'll see that God makes much more sense. Thank you for asking your question in a way that doesn't insult our religon.

Existence itself.
Love.
Morality.
Lifes tendancy to organize in an otherwise entropic universe . . .
hmmm ...
Free Will
Compassion
Sacrifice
Growth
Creativity
Music
Art
Truth
Beauty
Goodness
Acceptance
Trust
Faith
Gravity
Magnetism
Power
Electricity
You see, all of these energies as well as others must have a source.
Everything you see around you is God's attempt to reveal himself to you. Not necessarily what men do, I mean the physical world. All of reality consists within God, and we can only see of God what our limited vision allows and finite mind can comprehend.
Experience is probably the greatest thing that enables my certainty though . . . and that is not something I can show you, but you must realize yourself.

What physical proof do I have that YOU exist?
Oh, I see a picture and a bunch of words. But that's not physical proof.
Do YOU really exist?!

God is the light of the heavens and the earth. His light is as if there were a lustrous niche, wherein is a lamp. The lamp is inside a glass-globe. The globe is, as it were, a glittering star. The lamp is lit from the oil of a blessed tree -an olive - neither of the East nor of the West, whose oil well-nigh would shine forth even though fire touched it not. Light upon light! God guides to His light whomsoever He pleases. And God sets forth parables for men, and Allah knows all things full well.

this is so frustrating! they keep linking existence to god to prove there is a god, that's not proof
another stupid arguement, atheists don't have proof that he doesn't exist, since when did you need proof for the negative, and if i don't see a god, there is no god, i will say christians and muslims are so delusionally lost in their superficial religions, i find it hard to believe that if there was a god, he would be like jesus, someone who needs to be loved, that's the stupidest thing i've ever heard
I'm an agnostic, but I don't believe in a supreme being judging everyone
what really gets me angry is that these religious people feel sorry for atheists, what is wrong wtith youuuuuuu, what is that with looking at someone we love and thinking of just flesh and bone? who thinks that?!!!!! atheists don't rely on FALSE hope, or BLIND faith, for me, I look at the stars in awe of their majesty and I don't believe in god, I look at the people I love and am overcome with happy emotions, i don't believe in god, you don't have to believe in god to experience life, on the contrary, you have to let go of religion and see the world for what it si and experience it
stop feeling sorry for us, just stop, i'm happy with my perspective, who are you to pity me?!

Everything that has a physical existence if proof of Him. The fact that we are here debating the issue is proof of Him.
