I wanna collect more informations about Judaism(Persian
language, please).

As I know, Torat (Jews holy book) was translated to Persian many years ago. But I am not sure about Talmud. You can ask this subject of some Iranian-Jews.

The Talmud is usually studied in Hebrew, no matter the person's native language. Can you learn Hebrew?

There is no need cuz u will not find the actual version. Everything have been changed and distorted. Now its only a book written by human being. The actual teachings are twisted and molded in their own favor.
