Well seeing as though you cooked it with the mac and cheese, I don't see a problem with that. However, I would definately throw it away, milk is much different than any other type of diary product in the way it is processed for the public (most people wouldn't be able to get milk passed their lips when it comes right out of a cow)
Safest thing to do with milk, buy it at least 3 days prior to the expiration date and use it within 3 days of the expiration date!

Yowza! That's pretty old milk.
One of the easiest ways to tell if a milk is beginning to go bad is to note whether the milkfat is starting to separate from the rest of the liquid. If you're pouring half-and-half into your coffee, a swirl of more opaque-looking liquid will float on top of the coffee when the rest has already sunk. If you pour a little milk onto a spoon, you will see a more opaque-looking swirl within the milk.
If you still have some of the milk left, you might want to try testing it this way. If not, and the milk didn't taste or smell bad when you used it, I wouldn't sweat it. I just wouldn't do it again.
EDIT: No funny smell, no funny taste and no separating? It's possible that you're using an ultra-pasteurized brand or that the milk got frozen in the back of your fridge and is staying fresh longer than the "sell by" (different from "expiration date") date. I repeat: I wouldn't sweat it. Go ahead and eat the mac & cheese and don't worry. Just be careful before you do it again! ; )

Drinking spoiled milk won't hurt you in any way except give you a stomach ache. (After all, cheese, yogurt, and sour cream are all spoiled milk, just processed so it doesn't hurt your stomach.) So if the milk doesn't taste or smell spoiled, you'll probably be fine. It's really up to you. Sometimes milk can keep for a long time if it's stored really well. For example, the milk I get from my dairy is kept is really thick, tightly sealed bottles, so it's guaranteed to keep for up to two weeks, if not more. And so far it has. So taste it, see what you think.

GENERALLY, they say use can use milk for up to 7 days after the expiration date. Yours expired about a month ago. If you just made mac and cheese, it's not so hard to make it again, and you may save yourself from causing a lot of upset stomachs!
Next time, if you don't have time to run to the store, think about asking a neighbor for some. You don't really need that much for mac and cheese.

If the date on it is Nov. 20, I'm pretty sure it's gone. If you want to serve the mac and cheese, try some of the milk yourself. You'll know then whether it's a good idea to serve it.

Was the milk frozen? If so, it may still be good. Barring that option... and assuming you don't have a nasty cold that has affected your senses... I can't understand why it doesn't taste or smell bad. Are you sure it's milk?
If you are talking about cow's milk... personally, I would not go there.
