rosemary potatoes my favorite you can dice or slice them place them in a bowl with olive oil some garlic and rosemary coat the potatoes well spead ot on a cookie sheet bake untill browned then sprinkle wit a little salt and serve very good stuff

ROSEMARY ROASTED POTATOES
2 pounds red-skinned new potatoes
1 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Cut potatoes in half.

Combine remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes until evenly coated.

Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in a 425 degree F oven for 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft to the touch and golden brown.

Yummy!!!

Green Bean Casserole
1 can green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup of french dried onions
mix everything together, put in baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 mins. When done put remainder french fried onions on top and serve.

Here's a very simple one:

Baby carrots with nutmeg - great for the holidays.

Steam baby carrots until cooked. Then put them in a serving bowl and toss in some butter (use real butter, not margarine), and stir in some nutmeg - you don't need too much.

Easy, festive and delicious.
