If Jesus would have been a regular child, He most surely would have gotten punished once in a while. But, Jesus was the Son of God, born of a virgin. I am sure that there was no need to punish Him. When He was 12, and He stayed behind at the temple and His parents were looking for Him, He told them that He was doing the work of His Father. Even at that young age, Jesus was different from other children. He was already preparing for what was going to come later in His life and His ministry.

1 John 3:5
As it is written .... "GOD made him who had no sin to be sin"
2 Corinthians 5:21
Righteousness = OBEDIENCE
Sin = DISOBEDIENCE
To "misbehave" would mean to be 'disobedient' in a nut shell.
