well first of all that is nasty to be lazy and to be able to live in a dirty house that makes me wonder how clean you are with your hygiene. but thats crazy you should be grown enough to clean up yourself, but if you did ask him offer him a little money tell him that you were wondering if he would be interested in making a couple extra dollars and that might look a little better, because people do have people to come clean there houses while they are working and really just don't have time to do it.
but here is a little cleaning tip if you pick up everything you take out then your house will stay cleaner it's easier than you think!!
goood luck

Yes. That's exploiting your friend, and if he is your friend, you shouldn't be doing that. Cleaning your house is like a task. If you really are lazy, go get a maid or a housekeeper to do it for you. If you tell your friend to clean, he'll soon recognize that he's being used, and he won't be your friend anymore.

Yes, it would be taking advantage of him which a real friend would never do. However, if he asks you should and at least offer him some money or take him out for a drink.

oh heck no! He's be glad to do it. It's always more fun to clean someone else's house anyway.
Give him a gift certificate to say THANKS.
PS it's easier to keep a place clean than to get it clean. But I'm a slob too, so I should just shut up :)
