up to 3 months ago we we're happy together but we split up because of my job i work wierd hours late nights and strange days she works 4:30-8:30 and she studies during the daytime, so i'll be off when she studies or she'll be off when im at work.
for the last 3 months after we split up we still had sex everyday we said we loved each other. until last week when she started to distance her self from me i went round her house to find her naked with another man who she is now seeing.
i dont know what to do because i still love her like mad we're still best friends but i feel left out and want someone to care for and be with.

I know its not easy but you have to move on n try to get over her, you may love her but she obviously doesnt love you or she wouldntve have been using you for the past 3 months.

Don't know how old you are mate but from the message I'd say you are not that old. Tip from the wiser.....ask her to meet you for a drink (away from the regular everyone knows me here type of pub) and sit her down and ask her straight. Do we have a future?
If she can answer you straight away, no pausing to think, you may have a chance. If she has to think about it..........walk away! She ain't worth it. It will hurt for a while but you will get over it.
She has already made the decision for you in many ways by doing what she has..........so in your own mind you already know the answer........if so, the above does not apply....no drink, no pub........walk away and find someone else. It will happen.
And so as not to upset any women readers, I would tell you the same if the roles were reversed.

Wow! I know that must of hurt to find her with another guy but she's moved on and so must you find someone else to love and that can work into your busy scheduel and still be there for your ex for who knows maybe things will work to where you'll get back together but if not you can still be friends but move on and find you a new love for the only way to heal a broken heart is to fill it with love. even though u had spilt up she was with you until some else came along,,,,i know its hard,,i have just finished with sum1,but it was on and off for 6 mths,,,,its come to the end now though,,i feel it in my bones,,,i still love her but i know it will never work,,,i keep telling myself to move on,,,,,you need to do that ,,,,,it aint easy but as they say,,,time is a great healer

lol...its juz a feeling..i've experience dat too..but i'm a girl..what u see shows dat da girl likes u only coz ur great in bed sumtin like dat..she isnt serious...better dump her than seeing more awful things....dat may break ur heart n keep u in deep depression 4 da rest of ur life

Move on! if you love her you'll do everthing to get her back even sacrificing your work. Otherwise, just move on and stop stalking her because you are just hurting yourself emotionally.
