If I go to the nudist camp, and become a member, can I walk around my back yard like that seeing I am a member of that camp? do they have special papers saying they are nudist?

You don't need papers to tell you what to do in your own yard! Do take care not to offend others. While nudists are OK with being undressed, not all of society has overcome the hangup yet.

If you can afford bail money then yes you can.
The reason for nudist camps is everyone dose not want to look at your body. And I'm sure your neighbors don't want their kids being exposed to this type of behavior.
