Could you please translate this into some "understandable UK english"? (seems to be Australian slang?)

I'm Australian, but it's kinda hard to work it out without the context. Probably something along the lines of:
"Good afternoon, you atractive person. Things are fine here, so you can be on your way."

Sounds like something from Clockwork Orange. Rough translation. "hey my lusty friend. She wants to go with you for the evening". Of course much of what was said in the dialogue from that book and movie was sarcasm, or irony so in context it could be the opposite...
