Early to bed and early to rise is very good for any person. Any person following this principle will be highly successful.

Also, a minimum of 8 hours of sleep is required for any person. Otherwise, man will become mad.

It is very difficult to get up early morning for anybody.

But there are many people who get up early morning.

Also, 4 AM getting up everyday is good time. keep it up. But you have not mentioned what time you go to bed.

one of the typical mistakes is to fail to suspend liquid intake three hours before bedtime meaning that you will need the toilet although i suppose this is not the main problem here, could be a sign of depression as early morning waking is a typical presenting sign, you have not told us what time you go to bed and bear in mind that the sleep cycle is very unforgiving, you have to train it by going to sleep at the same time every day, there is something called the dawn phenomenon in diabetes where the sugar drops inexplicably at about this time and i believe it is the weakest time for the body, most obviously you may be worrying about something.is the room too hot or cold or your bed sagging
after the sleep scientists have spent millions of dollars they tell us there are late people and early people and that you should just adapt to which ever you are;in addition there are people who are geneticallly programmed to be able to sleep only three or four hours and you may be finding out about yourself
main thing is ;don't fight it and if you can't sleep get up and do something boring and time consuming or get an early morning job as per the sleep guys' advice,if you get frustrated it will get worse
i have the opposite problem and can't wake in the morning;after listening to the sleep professors i imagine that there is little you can do beyond these basic measures

If you can get one of those little tapes that have the sounds of crickets, water falling out of the gutter, waterfall, things like that can always help you sleep. DON'T WAKE UP AT 4:00 IN THE MORNING UNLESS YOU'RE A NURSE!!!!!

well im only 15 and my body needs like 10 to 13 hours of sleep for me to feel fully awake. And yeah i never could automatically wake up at that time you should go to the doctors and they will run a few tests on you and put u on some type of sleeping pill.

I used to have the same problem and I feel your frustration. No matter how hard you try to fall back to sleep, you can't! At first, I tried taking "Simply Sleep," which did the trick but I didn't want to be dependent on them. I tried staying up later gradually each night and eventually, my sleep schedule fell back into place. Good luck!!

How many hours of sleep are you getting?
I know my body needs 7 hours of sleep in order to be at optimum peak but I can live with 5 hours. Everyone is different.
Try going to bed later and you should get the same amount of sleep but sleep 'in later".

I also want to know the answer! Thanks for asking this question.

I have the same problem, no matter how late I went to bed, I wake up at around 6:00 a.m. even on Sunday.
