The sodium content is high and so is the fat content, but it warms me up on a cold winter's morning and carries me through the day for energy. It taste good, but not really the most health conscience meal. What do you think? Any better suggestions or just go with what I do now?

It may be very bad to consume them two times every week. At so much, you will have to more commonly consume them as soon as a month. They include a ton of salt and further perservative to maintain the noodles difficult till you're competent to cook dinner them. There could also be a ton of energy in them. They might be a bit of greater for you should you did not upload the flavoring packet and combined in a few recent greens once you cook dinner them. It might placed somewhat extra nutrients in them however they nonetheless are not pleasant for you. Try whatever fitter like complete grain pastas.

I am currently eating my third piece of chocolate for breakfast (people just keep sending candy) So I personally think that ramen is a super healthy alternative to what I'm having. If my job provided me with ramen I think life would be just about perfect. (especially since we are in the beginning stages of a blizzard- something hot and soupy would be awesome!!!) I plan on supplementing my meal of chocolate with a nice steaming chai any second now!!

Try to adjust your other meals accordingly since you know you have consumed more sodium and fat in the morning. You could always try oatmeal in the morning, it is warming, filling, and you can add fruit to make it tasty.

By all means. Your stomach has no idea what time it is and as for the sodium and fat content, you are going to ingest it anyway, right?
Well, go ahead and enjoy.

It is ok as long as you are getting your nutrients (protein, vitamins and minerals), as well as the food groups. I would add some diced chicken to it for a meal, can get small cans similiar to tuna of chicken, a glass of milk (choclate or flavored?), better yet Carnation instant breakfast or Slimfast with it, they have lots of nutrients. I love them too...

I've had mini bean burritos swimming in cheese whiz in the morning to start my day, that makes your breakfast sound very nutritious.
