I think its even lamer for a person to say that " My God is the right God and your God isn't", I think its also lame for people to say...." "God Blessed me with this or blessed me with that" when he lets little girls get raped and lets people born with such mental defects that they spend their entire lives living in an un useable shell...

What power would you like there to be? Is gravity greater or less than electromagnetism? Considering both are necessary for me to even exist, I'd say where my existence is concerned, they're pretty equal, as are the weak nuclear and strong nuclear forces. I suppose you could claim that the Higgs field/boson is greater since it is the way mass is given to particles, but then photons are massless and thus must be greater than Higgs.
Considering those are the only forces in the universe, all of which are necessary if I'm to exist at all... which one's the greater power where I'm concerned?

When u say 'myself', do u mean u?
Well there is no greater power than God!!!!
Without God how would u/could u do anything!
So your question isn't lame, but don't take too much pride in yourself; thank God for being him and letting you be who you are.
How about you say, "There is no greater power than myself, with God's help"
'I can do all things through Christ, which strengthens me'

It seems even more lame for someone to believe the Bible word for word. But I do agree with you, there are plenty of powers out there more powerful than I am, such as the sun.

It's only lame if you can't live up to it. No different than saying I am the fastest runner in the world - if the person is then fair enough.

Or perhaps it sounds like moral courage, showing a willingness to take sole responsibility for one's actions and their consequences. Would God want mindless adherents to religious dogma or free willed thinkers who don't have time for superstition-I think he would prefer the latter.

Only to someone full of their own self importance and inflated ego it is, you are no better than anyone else despite your education or social standing.

I cannot create the jade, how don't see that the stone is higher than me!
I cannot create the acorn, how don't I see that the oak is higher than me!
I cannot create the honey, how don't I see that the bee is higher than me!
I cannot create the world, how don't I see that nature is higher than me!
I cannot create the human soul, how can I not see that God is higher than me!
