First, eggs are healthy. I eat 2 every morning with 2 pieces of toast, as well as a slice of cheese, on my diet and in the last 6 months I've lost 47 pounds, with 20 more to go. This breakfast makes me feel full longer so that when I do eat my mid-morning snack (apples usually) I can't eat all of it. Watch out for cereals, they contain way too much sugar, even the good ones like Special K. Another thing you can eat are fruits for breakfast.

Egg whites are healthy but one yolk is as much cholesterol as you can take in one day. If you're a vegan, I can understand why you wouldn't but since you said cheese I know you're not a vegan.
Grains like oats are good for the morning. It's also very good to juice (not store-bought juice with all that added sugar and lost nutrients. The phyto-nutrients die in one storage day... how long was that bottle of juice in the store?). Get a juicer and add some distilled aloe vera to the drink. It'll do your body good!

Oatmeal, but not the instant, sweet kind. Try sweetening it with sliced apples or canned pumpkin which would also add fiber that will make you feel more full. If you like cereal you should try Kashi cereal or Kashi breakfast bars if you are on the run. My husband and I love the stuff. It can get a bit expensive but someone always has it on sale.

I actually have just fruit like an apple or something, usually anything I can find in the fridge. You can mix it up if you want you can make a nice fruit salad for the morning or a smoothie . Or you can make pancakes and top it up with strawberries. Or even better oatmeal it fill you up really well.

About 5 cut strawberries, 10 blackberries, 3 heaping tablespoons of plain lowfat yogurt, topped with a heaping teaspoon of granola, or similar amount of any cereal. Yummers!

I find that the Kashi brand has good combos of grains and even kids like some of them. There is also quaker instant oatmeals that are good as well as using soy or rice milk with cereals. If you
get vanilla flavored they taste pretty good .

Pick a complex Carb
(I do whole wheat bread when cutting, and Bagels when bulking)
Other options: oatmeal, cereal

Pick a simple carb
Juice that doesn't have extra sugar, or any fruit

Pick a Protein
(Yogurt is my pick: low fat, quick and easy and delicious)

This is healthy, and you will have energy throughout your day!
