Yeah. You can say so. Becoz spirituality comes from keeping good thoughts in mind and meditation. By doing so our awareness in all sections of mind becomes alive. We start feeling detachment. We start thinking to make things better. This is indeed connection with one's higher power.

Yes, it is the connection with the devine within one self.God talks to our heart, soul, and mind.He guides us on the right path of living towards enlightenment.To me, it is much better than any holy book or doctrine .It is God talking directly to you one on one

But one must ask themselves, is their higher power the one true God? Or is it someone pretending to be him? Someone who will help send us to hell? Satan and his crew can come as an angel of light!
