Yes, it is absolutely possible to be infected with an STD without having had intercourse. There are numerous other sexual activities, and anything that is skin-to-skin contact, with any part of your bodies, can transmit many STD's, including genital warts.
Also, you talk of having symptoms of genital warts. Have you seen a doctor and been diagnosed? You do need to see a doctor, and sooner rather than later.

Yes, you can get an STD w/out haveing sex genital warts that one I don't quite understand but mutual masterbation and dry humping w/out penetration. it is also possible to tranfer through giving and receiving a ********. I would go ahead and get yourself checked out. Go to the Doctors, and tell who ever you got it from. now if you have not even fooled around with someone else, have you used a dirty condom, or played with a dildo/vibrator, allot of sex toys that have not been sanitized those such things can also transmit the virus.
Good Luck

First. Do you shave your pubic area? If you shave, you can get in grown hairs which might give the same impression. If you shave, you should stop shaving, leave it alone, and they will go away. You can always keep it trimmed. If you dont shave, then you should probably go to the doctor, have them check it out, and get some medicine for it. Simple as that. I know these kind of things are hard not to worry about, but more than likely it wont be a big deal. Just make sure you try one of these options.

Nothing is wrong with you my dear! Some Children sometimes also experience these kind of symptoms. With that said these symptoms are caused by by infection with the human papillomavirus of HPV. Some have HPV because of a weak of imparied immune system. What I would suggest is to go to your doctor so he of she can do bloodwork and run tests. Good luck, and take care.

Warts are a form of virus, you don't have to be with anyone to get them.
STD= Sexualy Transmitted Disease...
If you have something and you have not been with anyone... it's not a STD.

You do not have to have actual intercourse to get STD's. Sexual contact is all it takes, the exchange of bodily fluids(saliva, etc) abstinence is the best preventative measure!

If the toilet water splashes on your private part you get infections which are also transmitted through sex.
