I am on a bi-pap machine with a humidifier, I wake up several times at night with my mouth so dry it feels parched. I don't get a good nights rest due to how often I get up to drink water to moisten my mouth. So I still wake up tired and wore out.

I would talk with your doctor about getting a mild sleep aide so you can stay asleep regardless if your mouth is dry. You see there is not many things to take care of your drymouth while you have a bi-pap on, since it covers your whole mouth. continue with the water, or try milk before you go to bed. Milk coats the throat and mouth with enough mucus to help prevent the dryness,
Since you wake still tired though in the morning I would go ahead and ask the Doc. for something of a mild sleep aide. and drink your water when you wake in the morning.
Good Luck
