When I tried to upgrade from ME to XP, I accidently custom upgrade and not just full UPGRADE. SO instead of installing XP full version it just installed MS, EXCEL, POWER POINT AND ETC. I tried to upgrade and it wont let me; it just lets me repair, reinstall and custom again.

I used the same cd with my other computer that is also ME and I was able to upgrade it to XP without any problems. Its just that with this other computer the CD wont give me the option to Upgrade only to add programs.

Your installing Office XP. Those programs are not part of Windows XP. You'll need to get a Windows XP upgrade disk, not Office.

Sounds like you are trying to install MSoffice instead of Windows XP.
