You very likely just have allergies and sinus drainage and irritation. See an ear, nose, and throat specialist to be sure.

Tb is not a disease of the throat, it is a lung disease. Try a cool mist humidifier, and saline nose drops. The humidity level could be to low in your house, which dries your sinuses out and can cause your sore throat and the bloody discharge.

did you see a doctor about this?
i was thinkink it could be sinusitis. but nw i dont think thats it.
you said when you cough.
is your throat the only thing that hurts?
could be ulcer/stomach cancer/or hiedal hernia. or you could be allergic to something.
a chest x-ray should help diagnose the problem.
the trouble in diagnosing colds and things are the symptoms. many diseases have basically the same symptoms as a cold or the flu.
so just incase see a doctor.

What is your heating in your home like-- my son gets issues like this during the winter or colder months, and I found its usually due to how hot and dry it is in our house (we heat with a wood burning fireplace). The dryer it is in your house, the more irritated and sore your throat and nose will be... try putting a humidifier in your room, or a warm air vaporiser. It helped my son a ton... also, saline drops for your nose will keep it lubricated in there and prevent infection and bleeding...

Tb is more than just blood in your phlegm. You didnt mention any other tb symtom like weight loss, fatigue, cough just to name a few.
are you in a dry climate? do you have allergies? are you around irritants like drywall dust, chemicals or smoke?

It is very possible your sinuses are causing your problem due to a change in climate.Try a sinus medication, but your best bet is call your doctor.

It sounds like you have acute sinusitus or in other words a severe sinus infection. Sometimes you can heal them with saline sinus irrigation, but when it is that severe, I would suggest going to the doctor and gettig antibiotics.
