Cream of Sum Yun Gai =D
(I can't decide between Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Russian, etc. I just have a favorite dish. I really love Pad Thai Chicken, Vegetable tempura and this one time in San Francisco, I had this one dish (sorry I can't remember the name) it had battered jumbo shrimp in a cream sauce with walnuts... it was sooo amazing. The sauce was not a coconut sauce. I tried to find it in Philly and failed miserably with the coconut sauce.

I love Bean Sprout Cake. It's a savory egg, based thing with bean thread in it and it comes with some of the charbroiled entrees at a little Vietnamese place called Bobo's in Roseville, CA. I've never been able to find the recipe, unfortunately.

Chinese: Shark Fin Soup (the real deal is expensive, if it's 10-20 bucks for the soup, then it's not genuine shark fin.)
