Ive been dating my bf for 4 years now, and I recently (to my horror) got an herpes outbreak. I've only slept with 2 guys in my whole life, and so there are only two possibilities. 1) my ex gave it to me 5 years ago, but i just never have a break out until now or 2) my current bf gave it to me but I just now had an outbreak. We are in a commited relationship, although we did break up 1.5 years ago and dated other ppl briefly. My bf has never had an outbreak, and as far as I know, my ex hasnt either.

My question is, what is the possiblity that my current BF gave it to me? And, if he didn't give it to me and my Ex did, I've been with my bf for 4 years now.. so if my ex gave it to me, my BF would most likely have it by now rite?

It is important to me to figure this out because if he doesnt have herpes, then i want to take extra precaution not to give it to him. and if he already does.. then we wont have to be so paranoid.

.Valtrex will help you in prevention of spreading herpes to your current BF. It is very possible you have had Herpes for many, many years before any symptoms or outbreaks occur, so where you got herpes does not matter at this moment. You should always try and take extra precautions for spreading herpes. Never have sex while you have an active outbreak of herpes and TAKE VALTREX! Don't delay.. HerpesRxFAST. com can have valrex to you via next day FedEx delivery! You do not even need a Prior prescription.. no Doctors office waits or long lines at the pharmacy.

Pretty good.

The majority of those who have herpes don't even know it, because of symptoms that aren't obvious. Classic herpes blisters are good for identifying it but frankly most don't really get a whole lot of them -- others get a WHOLE LOT of them! Especially during the primary outbreak.

Also even more people have oral herpes, they might not remember ever getting a cold sore but herpes is still forever and you can pass it on without an obvious outbreak. There are some days that a person will "shed" the virus without symptoms -- this can be as little as a day a year!!! Or it can be more. So you see you can be with someone a long time and just not catch it then one day -- wham. There it is.

Get a type-specific blood test, and have your boyfriend do the same. Then the two of you can sit down and decide what, if any, precautions you need to take (other than avoiding contact during outbreaks).

It's also feasible (but not as likely) that you had it before and didn't realize it and are one of these people who have outbreaks very few and far inbetween. If your recent outbreak was complete with fever and so on it was more than likely your primary.;

I got diagnosed with herpes simplex virus (type 2) about three years ago, when I was still in college and had a silly one-night stand. I understand lots of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with someone that has sores round her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/Dt0fG everything got better.

Not only was I able to eradicate all remnants of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This system provided the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.

I am absolutely terrified and I feel so alone. I just found out last week that I tested positive for hsv1 and 2. I have been with the same man for the past 10 years and within the last year found out that he has cheated on me with numerous women. I am so scared that I can give it to my children by kissing them and them eating with me...I feel like my whole life has changed. And even though the nurses, my doctor, and websites say that a lot of people have it I still feel like I am by myself. My self esteem has dropped and I feel like I have been used up. But now, My life is very happy.

This may sound ridiculous but cold sore, aka oral herpes, is caused by the same virus as the genital herpes virus. If you had contact with a sore during an outbreak and the stuff somehow got to whereever.... yea..

It is most likely that your current boyfriend gave it to you. You first break out doesnt take that long. You both should go and get check out and possibly be put on some meds to keep from having more breakouts. Good Luck and I hope that all works out for you. You can go here to learn more as well.

just have your BF go get tested for it, then you will know 100% if he has it or not . . . there isn't really any way for you to tell who you got it from, some ppl have it for years & years before having a breakout! just be glad that you do know, and that there are some treatments out there (also preventatives, if your current BF doesn't have it). . . . good luck!!

It sounds like your current BF gave it to you. He must be ******** around. Women usually display symptoms before men. He could have had it for a while or not. I say cut his dickk off!!!!!!
