You could have contracted an STD but perhaps those bumps are simply and irritation. I would get it checked right away since you might be able to nip it in the bud with an antibiotic.
It happens, but using a condom next time would prevent it from happening.

Friction bumps appear within a day or two - not a week later.
I would get to a doctor or clinic as soon as possible.

Yes it could be go immediately to the Dr and DO NOT HAVE SEX with anyone until you are given a clean bill of health.

well you didnt really give enough detail but its probably just bumbs from the friction or if your legs are dried out. The could also be warts called mulluscom, which they can be sexually transmitted but usually people are born with them(they are usually red and small) good luck.
