For about two days I've had an extremely stuffy nose, but I'm not congested, and I show no other signs of a cold. When I blow my nose it is a very dark color, and it is very very thick and has a very slight strange smell. Sometimes there's blood in it, too, and... this is kind of hard to explain... the way it smells, I can taste that in the back of my mouth. Do I have a sinus infection?

Get yourself to the doctor for some antibiotics. The nasty smell is mucus with dead white blood cells in it. Drink lots of water too, that helps to thin out your nasal secretions...

Sounds like a sinus infection. Only a doctor can diagnoise it for sure. The smell is a sure sign of bacteria being present.

Possible, but no need to panic, unless you have other medical problems. You may want to consult your physician if it gets worse or persists more than a few days.

Sinuses? That can be very serious. They can collapse. I'd see a doctor immedaitely.

They'll put uo on steriods if that's the case and you may keep the sinuses.
