i have it, and my hands, wrists, and ankles all hurt constantly. anyone else have it? huh? anyone? if you do, how bad is yours? mine is hereditary, though. also, last year i dislocated my pinkie, and now i can't bend it like i used to. bone chipped, now stuck, making lump in my finger. hurts like crazy! so annoying!

i know for a fact that it's called joint hypermobility syndrome, it's a type of juvenile arthritis. just adding that.....it makes my wrists click loudly! so annoying. i swear, my wrists are completely broken. just typing this is slightly painful, and i'm only 13!

Depending on the cause of the hypermobility....
There is a syndrome called Ehler-Danlos syndrome that explains it.
I have ED and my joints all hurt. The experts recommend splinting the affected joints when you do activity (eg knees before playing a sport etc). I use anti-inflammatories to keep the pain under control.
Avoid over stretching the joints so that the pain will decrease.

Sounds to me like if you wear elastic support or ace bandages on the joints it might keep them in place better. But this is so obvious that a doctor would have told you this. So it is more complicated than just a bandage. You need to see an orthopedist. Maybe you can get customized support bandages.
