I just got off of a monitor it can be a number of things. I had some of the same symptoms as you and the irregular beats could mean that your heart is not functioning correctly but they can tell all about it just from a couple of readings.
Hope everything goes well best wishes

it could either: your heart nerves, or you have heart disease (blockage in the heart; the symptoms are stiffness and pain in the left shoulder, neck and sometimed even goes up to the jaw), or its is just your anxiety, stress, too much caffeine consumption.
He should out you under 24-Holter. It will detect any changes in ur heart beat.
You may need to also go for treadmill stress test ( to detect if you have any blockage in the arteries) and Echo (ultrasound of the heart-to check your heart mucle and valves; if you have any abnormalities)
Im a cardiac technologist, i hope it help
