Don't know why Quiznos USA is so protective of their info. I was able to locate it on Quiznos Australia. (see below link)
Hopefully they put the same items on their subs:
Veggie Sub Sandwich on White Bread, Regular sized
black olives, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mushrooms, and red wine vinaigrette dressing on a white bun

I agree with the answer from above...
I would think the bread would increase the calories, and with everything on it, don't forget to add calories for the guacamole and cheese!
(Both the most calorie laden portions!)
