You either have an upper respiratory infection, a bruised chest cavity or something more serious such as symptoms of a heart attack. I would seek medical attention immediately if you have no symptoms similar to a cold. You are better to be safe than sorry.

I would not waste time thinking what to do and go to the emergency room if this feeling last longer than 15 minutes. It could be indigestion or anxiety. But I would not wait. They can do ex rays and know right away.

could be congestion, you might be catching a cold, drink some Fenugreek with Thyme that should loosen it up you can get it at any health food store


Wait......... is it like pressure? like something heavy is on it? does your left arm hurt? could also be signs of heart failure.....go see your doc ASAP
