Look at the label, if it says glucose, glucose syrup, etc then you should not eat them, or only when you're havinga hypo! If they have sugar substitutes you will be OK with them (but watch you dont eat too many coz of the rear end consequenses!);

Look at the label, if it says Aspartame then you should not eat them,

Aspartame will make you ill - too many diabetics think it is the 'only' thing they can take. WRONG.

Aspartame is toxic, it is a neurotoxin and No-one is exempt from chemical poisoning.
