Palm and coconut no - soy lecithin is very good for you!

Some would think Coconut oil to be bad for U cause it's a Saturated oil but it's one of the few
Saturated oils that are good for U.
If U have an underactive Thyroid then Coconut Oil is good for U. If You're thyroid is Overactive then it's not good for you!
Saturated oils like Palm oil are bad if you have a normal or overactive thyroid. However they are okay for U if your thyroid is underactive!
I'm not sure where soy lecithin fits.. Dietiticians say it's good for losing weight!

Palm and coconut oil are saturated fats and no good for you. Soy lecithin has a dubious reputation and it is now found that soy products are toxic to a lot of people.

Use corn or olive oil

Coconut oil is good for people living near the coastal areas. It is not good to heat coconut oil and consume it. Raw oil in salad etc is good . I am not sure about soy lecithin...
If it is for the homework...I would recommend you to Google it.
