Diabetes is like a game your body is playing with glucose...which humans use for energy. Diabetics, depending on whether they are Type I or Type II have a pancreas that doesn't work at all, or doesn't function correctly. The pancreas produces insulin to keep glucose at a healthy level...during this time is when we are feeling good. If the pancreas is not working at all, after eating, glucose levels go high and make one feel sick. If too much insulin is the case, one may feel sluggish and weak...not thinking right.
