I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Your husband needs to change his lifestyle. He needs to control his intake of carbohydrates and maintain a regular schedule of exercise.

My husband was a diabetic for over 20 years. It got so bad, I told my children that I would be pushing dad around in a wheelchair in 6 months. That was 4 years ago.

One day he decided to take responsiblity for his illness. He started a new lifestyle. He controls his carbohydrates (eating just 5 to 6 carbs a day instead of the 40 to 50 he ate before), and he goes to the gym 4 times a week and walks for 2 miles each time.

Read the book, Diabetes Solutons Revised and Updated by Richard Bernstein, M.D. It will change your lives.

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.

And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

You can get information from your local hospital. They have booklets on what foods and how much can be given with some recipes included. I got mine when I went to the diabetic classes at the hospital. Here is site online that offers some recipes as well: http://www.recipelink.com/diabetic.html
