My preference is for Silk, and I buy the plain one.
If I needed soymilk for a sweet dish, I'd buy it vanilla flavoured.
However, I find Silk plain to be a bit sweet in a savoury dish, so if I'm cooking with soymilk, I buy Edensoy Plain.
However, as with all things that involve taste, this is an individual preference. If you're trying to figure out which one you find best, then buy the half-quart containers of different types, until you find the one that you like best.

Vanilla is best on cereal but nothing beats the chocolate for drinking! Vanilla is also a good substitute when cooking. For example I made cream of wheat with vanilla silk instead of milk. It is also delicious in pancakes.
