By not cleansing them-self they can harbor yeast male or female which can be passed onto their partner. Infection wise you can get a bacterial infection. However you question specifically targets oral sex, if you were the one giving oral sex and your partner doesn't clean him/herself very well you could possibly get a bacterial infection in the mouth. But, to make sure you or them don't have anything you really should go to your doctor. Good luck.

Yes, although I have to agree with Nancy Kay about the chances of them getting any action. I realize there are some people out there who don't give a rats **** and just want to get some but, cleanliness is generally a requirement. Anything that is contagious and can be passed through physical contact or bodily fluids can be transmitted. Something as simple as a yeast infection or cold.

well since the mouth is the nastiest place on the body then there is a chance. It's most likely to happen from infected teeth and gums though. Assuming that you are a guy then you're chances are slim that anything would be passed to you.

You can't transmit something you don't have. However, you could have the STD, but not exhibit symptoms. In that case, you can still spread it.
