i'm average height,and my friends tease me and i hate it.pls give me list of food to make me tall and huge.

i think if you want to grow tall ,that is not only depands on the food that you eat everyday ,but also need another elementaries, just like :you should take much more exercises ,because sports can help your body to develop new bone cells , and ,you also need enough time of sleeping every night ,according to the studies of science ,usually people grow tall at night .so ,if you believe me ,then ,you can do like this :
1, eat nutrious food ,and keep diet .
2,take 2 hours'exercises everyday,such as ,play basketball ,run, climb montians,etc
3,keep enough time of sleeping every night,best is 8 hours
