AIDS/HIV, Herpes and HPV (human papilloma virus, aka genital warts) are all incurable, but controllable. Other than that I am quite sure all other STDs have some sort of cure.

Probably, but I've never really thought about it. I think some people misunderstand what you're asking, too--it's funny, haha. Dating and sex don't mean the same thing. Of course, some people can't date someone and not have sex at some point. But there are precautions to take in these situations that allow for it. The one thing that might keep me from dating someone who, for example, has AIDS is that I "know" I will lose them eventually. And, of course, everyone is going to die at some point. But it's harder knowing the expiration date is fairly imminent. Even being friends with someone I know is going to exit my life and that cloud is hanging over everything would be hard for me.

I got identified with genital herpes (type 2) about 6 yrs ago, while I was still attending college and had a silly one-night stand. I realize lots of girls will say this, but I swear I had certainly not done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/4KJFK everything improved.
Not only was I able to eliminate all traces of the herpes virus from my system in less than three weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a packed restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This system provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to help you too by sharing this with the World.

HIV, AIDS, Herpes and Hepitis are the non-cureable ones. Warts can be lasered off. Others can be treated with antibotics. Why? Thinking about getting a few STD's? DON'T! Even if they are cured they can cause future problems (e.g. infertility)!

Let's make it simple...the non curable STD is herpes, Viral Hepatitis and HIV. The rest are curable if treated in time. Syphilis can cause death if not treated in time.

To disagree with a couple previous answers, Hepatitis A and B usually go away on their own... only a small percentage are chronic, lifelong infections. Additionally, Hepatitis C can sometimes be cured using modern treatments, but most infections are chronic even with treatment.

U cannot cure:
HIV - AIDS
