This is a question for Japanese, or anyone else who is familiar with Japanese Cuisine. I am not asking to be a pig I like to have at least one or two during every meal. I was wonder if there was really any limit to how many you should eat and if there any bad thing that could happen if you eat too many in a day.

The salted ones might raise your blood pressure but any of the preserved or pickled ones and if your only consuming 1 or 2 a day it would be almost benefical.

Think of the vitamin C, iron, potasium, and minerals.
I lke mine at breakfast with rice or in miso soup.

The amount that you are talking about seems ok. I would think that if you overeat, your stomach would give you a warning :)

Watch out for too much salt though, if you have high blood pressure.
