UK ? use the GUM clinic, you are anonymous and you get a number and they will not contact your GP. Ive been a couple of times this year prior to starting a new relationship and they texted me with the all clear in 3 or 4 days. Every patient there is getting checked out for STD so there is no need to be embarrassed.
If the news is bad the earlier they can start treatment the less damage will be done to your reproductive system. Look in yellow pages > Clinics > GUM or link below

Could be a couple of different conditions, or some combination of a couple different issues. The peeling skin could be herpes, especially if the "cuts" are actually blisters or lesions, or if your private parts ache, tingle or burn, or if you have flu-like symptoms. On the other hand, the peeling skin could be the result of a non-STD, like a simple fungal infection (commonly known as "jock itch"), but the discharge is more troubling. That probably spells gonorrhea or chlamydia.
Bottom line: cease all sexual activity IMMEDIATELY (especially unprotected), and like everyone else is saying, go to the doctor. If left untreated, there could be VERY serious consequences. If you're too shy to go to the clinic and get help, you're obviously not mature enough to be engaging in sexual activity in the first place.

You may not have an STD. The dry peeling skin on your penis is something the doc can give you a treament for and the occasional fluid from your penis may or may not be normal. Shy or not see your doc and get this checked out. You doc has seen it all before and heard it all before and became a doctor so he could help people just like you. This is what he does for a living. He takes care of people from their toes all the way to their head and everything in between.

Why would you be too shy to go to the doctor, they have seen much worse. But you are wasting time, the longer you wait the worst it will get. Get to the clinic it is your life that you are playing with. This sounds serious, the only antibiotics that will treat this can only be prescribed by a doctor. So stop being childish and get checked out.

An STD in a sexually transmitted disease, which will require life long treatment, a STI is a sexually transmitted infection, easily cleared by the right course of medication. Either way a visit to your GP is very advisable. Antibiotics can only be obtained by prescription authorised by your GP. They will not judge you, some people catch them without knowing, but leaving it will only make it worse. Remember any treatment by your GP is strictly confidential, it is only said between you and the GP. Dont worry about actually getting the prescription if they prescribe you one, mnay medications treat more than one illness. I wish you well.

it could be that you have thrush, but if i were you i would go down to your local family planning unit who will only be happy to help you, and it will be confidential and your doctor wont be informed, and no you cant just get medicine for it as the person who is seeing you needs to know what you have first before giving you the right treatment!!

Sadly you should seriously get this one checked out at the clinic as some STD's are very treatable if caught early. Please be sure to use a condom from now on. Protect others and protect yourself.

it sounds like you are syphlitic. Go to the doctors. If left untreated, you will go insane, and die. it's what Al Capone died of. A simple shot on penecillian, and a round of cyclobenzebrien should knock it out of you. But go to the doctors!!
