Are you applying morality to smoking? Perhaps on some level it is wrong, if we reduce the acceptable second hand threshold for exposure to zero for example, or if there is an implicit debt owed to one's family, or even the government which invested in our education.
On a personal level and as a smoker, I do not consider my smoking to be immoral. I do not smoke around children or near entrances.
I consider it to be an unfortunate vice that makes me happy. That's all.

Is it morally wrong... that depends on your background. When smoking develops to a habit that causes bodily harm, then most cultures would consider it wrong... doing self harm that is.
Is it wrong/unhealthy, I think the jury has answered that already.
Is it wrong for a person to do it... absolutely not. We have the right to make unhealthy choices for whatever reason. In my opinion, the greatest wrong with smoking is when society has to pay for such behaviors with increased medical expenses paid for by tax payers. But that applies to all kinds of behaviors... not just smoking.
