Inner ciy black people. I heard like the southern cities in the south have loads of HIV + black people. Is this true? Anyway quick story, I started dating this Hot blonde from Jacksonville Florida and before I ever have unprotected sex with someone I'm going to be having a relationship with I make it a point to get HIV tested.
