There's a very complex balance of many, many substances. But to be brief;
Water, plenty of it.
Good food. Vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean meats and dairy.
A multivitamin is always a good idea, because nobody's diet is perfect, and a good multi fills in the gaps of your daily nutrition.
If you're a woman, you should have a calcium supplement, and make sure you're getting enough vitamin B12.
Oh, yeah, clean air is good, too. Hopefully you don't live in a smoggy place. :)

substances that are as pure as possible. the closer to mother natures design the better. avoid man-made things as possible as you can. don't get too much of anything...ANYTHING. avoid putting things into your body that have been treated with chemicals or preservatives. very low stress. so i guess you would have to develop a totally new way of life. live long and prosper
