I don't have herpes, but I have heard of it used for that purpose. Garlic has extremely strong antiviral properties and it boost the immune system to fight off viral and bacterial infections. I take Kyolic during cold and flu season for that purpose. It's aged garlic tablets that don't cause garlic breath (or the smell of garlic to seep through your pores).
I also tend to cook with a lot of garlic too, as I love the flavor.

I got identified with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 5 years back, whilst I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. I realize loads of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. Garlic Pills are effective in reducing cholesterol and cloves in common cold. there is no evidence that they cure viral infections like Herpes. If youhave found any benefit please share it.

i dont have herties . but garlic . pills help the immune systen that fights off infection and helps build streangth in a wide viraity of ways s fot this being a treatement for . herpies as for now there isnt none. my opion?
