First of all, nobody "gets" AIDS. One gets HIV which may then progress into AIDS. It's a distinct difference.

HIV is present in semen--what you called your "sperms"--and can be transmitted through semen.

However, the simple act of sex doesn't cause HIV nor AIDS to spontaneously appear. One of the partners *must* have HIV to transmit the virus. It's like the flu; if you're never exposed to the flu, you'll NEVER get the flu.

However, since many people who have HIV don't know it, you'd both be better off getting tested for HIV.

If neither of you had ever had sex with anyone else - not unless one of you was HIV+ from some other source.
As long as you continued never to have sex with anyone else, no risk.
If either of you were 'sleeping around' or had had sex with others before you became a couple- yes. Get a test!

Yes, you definitely can. You can contract aids or give aids to someone with any type of fluid exchange. You need to use protection.
