Do that every day and I would say yes. Sugar does over time make you insulin resistent. If there is a history in your family you may want to make your diet more healthy starting now. It is never too early. You don't want to be diabetic. It will shorten your life span. I know....my friend died of diabetes at 30.

If you are eating that much chocolate and you think you have diabetes, then you would probably know it, other signs are increased thirst, increased frequency of urination. Get a blood sugar test, and start checkin your blood sugar, it should be between 100-120.

it can play a major role. rather than having sugar rushes, try eatting a little more often rather than a lot in spurts. this way it is easier on your body. try working out to help offset the sugar.

you know, i don't think so, but it's not a good thing to be doing.
diabetes is a inherited disease.
i think if you are over weight, or carry your weight around the mid-section, you should worry more, and stop what you are doing.
talk with a health coach, or doctor, tell them your concerns, they will be able to give you a more informed answer.
i made chocolate covered cherries to give away at Christmas, want the recipe?.....only if it's ok with the doc.

just doing it once or once in a while it isnt going to put you at risk. If this is something you do daily then your at risk.
